Today I am taking a much needed rest day. I trained Monday(Sparred at PKG, ValleyCrossfit at 530 and then back to PKG for more sparring at 730), Tuesday(Kickboxing at Bob Chaneys, CrossfitbyOverload at 530 and then back for grappling at night) and yesterday(More HARD sparring at PKG and a run). My body was breaking down and I'm having a much needed rest day. Today I have done NOTHING and its been glorious. I will most likely go for a light jog tonight to ensure that my metabolism keeps at it and to loosen up, but after 3 days of pushing hard, it was nice to rest and do nothing.

Tomorrow will be another story however. 6am ValleyCrossfit, PKG at 1130, back to ValleyCrossfit for some tire flipping and speed bag work(Im just now learning the speed bag. Ive trained stand up for 8+ years and Im JUST starting to do it) and then pads in the evening. Should be fun. Im going to enjoy the rest day and get back to it. 3 more weeks and then its 110% of everything I have.
