July 9th back to it!!

I have signed to fight in the Tachi Fighting Championship. Ill be fighting Undefeated(until July 9th that is =) ) Lenny Lavato for the world title. Im excited to fight and this should be a good one. Fighting for a title is something special and Im looking forward to having one again. The Tachi belt is really nice and it will be an honor to have it.

I dont really know too much about my opponent. He is 9 or 10 and 0. That is an impressive record for MMA, but it doesnt really tell you much about what type of fighter he is. Most of his wins are submissions, so Im guessing he is a ground guy. That suits me just fine. Regardless of what I know or dont know about my opponent, Im training very hard and taking this fight very serious. Its Memorial day and while others are at the beach, BBQing, drinking beers, Ive already went to Valley Crossfit(for what was an obscene workout), hit pads and am now going in to train one more time. No vacation for me.

Hopefully those that are in the area are able to come. I spoke to Jeremy from TFC and he said they are working on streaming it online or it being aired on TV, so hopefully those that want to watch, get a chance to.
