Do you train??

If so where, what how long?? Belt rank you get the general idea.


I train BJJ 90/10 Gi/nogi. I've trained bjj for bout 1 year and a few months and I'm a blue belt. Started training @ Team Quest in Murrieta (That's where I met Gabe) pretty much just doing cardio and Muay Thai. Gabe had the best classes there. I wanted to do BJJ but classes where just to late in the evening. Long story short, Gas got super $$ and I stopped going (btw, I live in Victorville Ca.) it was 1.5 hours 1 way and I was going 4-5 times a week. Any way, Joe Stevenson opened up an acadamy 15 minutes away.
I've been there ever sinec and really love it. Our head instructor is Marcelo "Lapela" Mafra, is a black belt under Damian Maia and is part of Team Checkmat under Leo Viera. Neeedless to say..it's a great team to be alligned with.
